Pandia and Phoebe Moon were adopted on March 26, 2021!
Pandia Moon and his sister, Phoebe, are Kitty Devore Rescue’s first C-section babies. In November of 2020, while their mother, Janie, was at the vet to be spayed, it was discovered she was not only expecting but that her two little Moon twins were nearly to term! However, because Janie didn’t go through the natural process of birth, when she awoke from the anesthesia with two little babies nearby, she didn’t understand they belonged to her. So, human intervention was needed to ensure her babies survived and thrived.
Pandia has grown up to be a handsome but big boy. He is also the most affectionate, opinionated, stubborn but sweet people-oriented kitten. This little guy plays hard but, when he’s tired out, naps hard, too. And if there’s a willing person nearby to hold him while he snoozes or just offer a nice comfy lap space for him to doze, he’s all the happier! Pandia loves having his belly scratched and his toe beans massaged. Having been handled by people since he was born, Pandia is receptive to all kinds of mushy-gushy affection. If you lean in to kiss him he’ll reciprocate by smooshing his face against yours and wrapping his arms around your neck for closer cuddles. He’s definitely not an observer of personal space.
Pandia and his sister, Phoebe, are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. If these adorable kitties sound like the perfect companions for you, don’t delay – fill out an adoption application for them today!
