Koty is a beautiful young kitty who just had her last litter July 2018 (last, because she’s since been spayed!). Giving birth to two sweet kittens, Klondike and Creamsicle, she was a wonderful mom who took excellent care of her babies – especially when the family found themselves abandoned at Devore Shelter in August when her little ones were just tiny and wee. Now that her job as a mother is done, she’s ready to start a new chapter in her life.
Koty is friendly and likes to rub her scent on your legs especially at meal times. She’s obviously had contact with humans before and her kittens are well socialized, but she herself is initially a bit wary and prefers to be in control of interactions. With a great appetite, healthy constitution and lively personality, Koty has many more years ahead to bond with a special person or family. Although she tolerates other cats, she’d be good on her own or, even better, adopted with one of her kittens.
Koty was adopted January 12, 2019!
