Feather was adopted February 27, 2022!
Meet Feather! This sweet young lady was liberated from Devore Shelter in September 2021. She was approximately 2 years old when rescued and upon entering the Kitty Devore Rescue foster care program.
Soft and wistful Feather is a wonderful blend of cuddly and playful. She enjoys giving kisses and hugs to her foster mom while being held. Then it is all about some playtime! Catnip toys, feather sticks, leaps, chasing various items. Feather gets along well with other cats at her foster home and the resident’s medium-sized foster dog. She loves a cat tree to perch upon and observe before a nice nap. Cardboard boxes and paper? Yes, please! Feather is a good eater, always uses her litter box, and is easy to nail trim. Feather is spirited and intelligent as most dilute torties….but adoring of humans. She has a cute meow – when she deigns to meow. But mainly, she uses her gorgeous willow green eyes, and a purposeful head tilt to melt your heart and get what she wants.
Feather would be great as a single cat or with a resident sibling. She could also be adopted along with a fellow foster kitty. She’s able to keep pace with the most playful of kittens, being just a teen herself – but also enjoys time relaxing with the older foster kitties.
