In May, 2018, three little orphaned 3 week old kittens were about to be surrendered to the shelter. Being underage and without their mom, the shelter would have euthanized them. But thanks to a network of rescuers, Avalyn, Emmerson and Harloh were saved just in the nick of time!
They weren’t quite ready for solid food so needed to be bottle fed for a week or so. We’re pleased to say all three siblings thrived in their foster home and now, after undergoing all their vetting procedures, are ready to be adopted by their new person or family.
Emmerson is the life of the party! She lives life at 100 miles per hour and when she’s done she needs a lap to sleep in. She loves to pounce and play with anything she can get her paws on. She is absolutely adorable and going grow up to be a gorgeous kitty queen one day. Like her siblings, Emmerson makes friends easily and gets along well with other cats and dogs as well as kids.
Emmerson and her sister, Avalyn, were adopted together on September 20, 2018!
